To demonstrate how to manage Preplan Contact Types.
Note: This permission needs to be enabled for a user to manage preplan contact types: Pre-Planning - Manage Preplan Contacts Type.

Instructions
1. Click on Admin.
2. Click on Field Management.
3. In Field Name select Contact Type then click on Apply.
4. Select Edit in the actions column.
5. Columns can be sorted ascending/descending by clicking on the title.
6. Note: Contact Types in use, cannot be edited or deleted.
7. Contact Types not in use can be edited and deleted.
8. Click on Add to add a Contact Type.
9. Type in name of new Contact Type and select "Save."
10. Note confirmation on new Contact Type.
11. To determine which role can edit contact types, select Edit Roles Permissions.
12. Select the Contact Type to edit what contact(s) the role can edit.
13. Selecting "Read" will not allow a user in the role to edit the contact with this Contact Type selected. Selecting Update will allow the user in the role to edit the contact.
