Field Management - Business Phone
Purpose
- The purpose of this Knowledge Base Article is to demonstrate validation and requirements for the Business Phone number in an Occupancy Record.

Instructions
1. Navigate to the Admin Module and then Field Management.
2. Filter the list by "Business Phone" and select Edit.
3. Check to provide the "Not Applicable" and "Not Recorded" options for the Business Phone Number. Select "Save" when done.
4. Select "Edit Roles Permissions."
5. Select Hide, Read, or Update per role as needed.
- Toggle on Validation "Is Required" per role to require data to be entered as needed.
- When required, a 10 digit phone number will be required (e.g. (614) 555-1212).
- Select "Save" when Done.
