Purpose

  1. The purpose of this article is to give an overview and help navigate the Exposure List.

Directions


1. Begin by navigating to the Health & Wellness module then select on Exposure List.

2. A list of all Exposures will populate.

3. To document a new Exposure select the + Add button.

4. You are able to refine the Exposure list by selecting Filter.

5. Filter the Exposure List by one or all the Filters then select Apply.

6. Selecting on Columns will allow you to customize your Exposure List grid.

Note: Exposure Number, Incident Date/Time and Address can not be deselected.

7. Columns can also be rearranged, expanded and sorted.

  1. Rearrange columns by dragging columns.
  2. Expand columns by selecting the line after the column you want expanded.
  3. Sort columns by selecting on the column header.

8. You are able to change the number of exposures to display using the dropdown then selecting 20, 50 or 100.

9. Utilizing the Search bar to look for a particular Exposure.

10. From the Actions column an eye icon indicates that Exposure is completed but able to view the Exposure report.

11. The pencil icon indicates the Exposure is in Draft status and able to be completed by selecting.

12. The trashcan icon will allow to delete Exposures.

13. You are able to select multiple exposures using the check boxes then bulk deleting.

14. When deleting an exposure a warning modal will appear to confirm the deletion.

15. Selecting the First Due logo will populate your module stacks.

16. Now you can navigate to any other modules or sub-sections of a module.
