Note: The Equipment List > Edit Equipment view
allows users to record detailed equipment information, specifications, and
associated equipment data. Checklists, work orders, fluids, and the equipment logbook are also manageable
from the Equipment list > Edit Equipment view.
- The Last Check field displays the title and date of the most recently completed checklist for the equipment.
- View the work order history of the equipment or create a new work order by clicking the corresponding work order button.
- Create a manual log entry for the apparatus by clicking Add in the Log Entry field.
- Select whether the equipment is assigned to a User, Compartment, Storage, or Pouch and then select the appropriate selection from the dropdown.
- Change the service status of the equipment by clicking the service toggle.

Info: The Time Out of Service clock is a cumulative
clock that tracks how long the equipment has been out of service over its
lifespan. Placing an equipment item back in service does not reset the clock; it only
pauses it.
