Equipment List: General Navigation
Purpose
- The purpose of this article is to inform users how to navigate the Equipment List in the First Due system. The Equipment List allows users to add, edit, delete, manage, and archive the department's equipment.

Directions
1. Click on Assets.
2. Click on Equipment List.
- Add new equipment to the First Due system by clicking the New Equipment button.
- Bulk import equipment directly from a .csv file or by using First Due's import mapping wizard.
- The Expansion button displays all available filters for convenient searching.
- Filters can be saved for future use by clicking the Save icon.
- Saved filter views can be applied by clicking the Saved Views dropdown.
- The display can be edited by selecting the visible columns from the dropdown list.
- Columns can be sorted by clicking the bold text column header.
- The Actions column allows users to edit, copy, archive, or delete a piece of equipment.
- Multiple pieces of equipment can be simultaneously deleted, archived, or assigned by selecting the equipment items and clicking the delete, archive, or assign buttons.
