ePCR Permissions

Purpose

  1. To provide descriptions on the various permissions related to the ePCR module. 
Helpful: Permissions listed below are separated into groups. Utilize the Table of contents to easily navigate to each of those groups.

ePCR Permissions

EMS Incident Permissions

List My EMS Care ReportGives the user access or permission to view their own incidents (records they were the author or crew member on)
List Other's EMS Care ReportGives the user access to all ePCR records entered
Manage EMS StatusGives the ability to create/edit/delete EMS Incident statuses
Add New Ems Care ReportAbility to Add/Create EMS Care Reports
Create and Document EMS Care Report Without Internet ConnectionEnabled the offline functionality. Typically this is enabled for any role who has the ability to add new EMS care reports
EMS Care Report - ManageUser can manage EMS care reports
Delete EMS Care ReportAbility to delete EMS Care reports
Read Deleted EMS Care ReportGives the ability to view deleted EMS records
Recover Deleted EMS Care ReportGives the ability to recover deleted EMS records
Modify Read Only EMS Care ReportAllows users to change the incident status for completed/authorized reports
Export EMS Care ReportAllows users to export records manually from the Incident List
Print EMS Care ReportUser can print ePCR report. 
Ems Care Report Saved View - CreateCreate agency wide saved views
Ems Care Report Saved View  - DeleteDelete agency Wide Saved views

EMS Setup Permissions

Apparatus Manage EMS DataProvides access to the ePCR specific fiels within the Apparatus setup. 
EMS Setup - Export Endpoint ManageAllow users to add, edit, or delete endpoints for SFTPs or NEMSIS SOAP webservices
EMS Setup - ManageProvides access to the EMS Setup page
EMS Setup - Manage Custom FieldsGives the user permissions to create custom data fields in the ePCR record. 
EMS Setup - Manage Kno2Setup for Kno2 Configuration
EMS Setup - Read Custom SchematronGives the ability to the user to view schematron files
EMS Setup - Read Medication SettingsGives the ability to read medication settings such as dosage, ranges, available routes, etc. 
EMS Setup - Read Treatment SettingsGive sthe ability to view treatment/procedures settings
EMS Setup - Update Custom SchematronGive the ability to upload or delete schematron files
EMS Setup - Update Medication SettingsGives the ability to update/edit medication settings such as dosage, ranges, available routes, etc. 
EMS Setup - Update Treatment SettingsGives the ability to update/edit treatments/procedures
Manage patient informationGives ability to view all repeat patient patient data, and edit information about them. For example edit the name of a patient to correct a spelling error, or add insurance information

Personnel Manage EMS DataProvides access to the EMS specific fields in the personnel profile

QA/QI Permissions

List my QA/QI Ems Incidents Allows the user to view any QA/QI records that are not already assigned or assigned to that user
List All QA/QI Ems IncidentsAllows the user to view all QA/QI records regardless of who is assigned to them
Assign Ems Reports to QA/QI ReviewersAllow the user to assign QA/QI reviewers through the QA/QI module
Ems QA/QI Saved View -  Create Create agency wide saved views
Ems QA/QI Saved View - DeleteDelete agency Wide Saved views
Ems QA/QI Saved View - Read Use agency wide saved views
Ems QA/QI Saved View - UpdateUpdate/Edit agency wide saved views
Print QA/QI EMS Incident User can print QA/QI reports.
