Purpose:

  1. To demonstrate how to view and download resources from your Community Connect Files page to be utilized externally in social media posts.

This will typically be the same URL provided for your Community Connect Landing page with some minor changes.
For example, this is the landing page for Reno Fire Department's Community Connect Program    https://www.communityconnect.io/info/nv-reno to access the "files section of our Community Connect portal we would simply replace "info" with "files" within the URL. As follows: https://www.communityconnect.io/files/nv-reno




2. Community Connect Files Page allows you to download resources that can be utilized for Social Media Posts.








3. Scroll down past your Department Information.
First option is access to Print Assets. This area allows you the ability to print cards and flyers that include instructions on how to create a Community Connect account in your area.

6. Lastly there are various Content Updates that include Target Group messaging in terms of Holiday Safety, Severe Weather, Fire Safety at School, etc. The content can be downloaded and once downloaded the information can be copied and pasted to your social media posts.
