Dispatch Incident List: Creating a New Dispatch

Purpose

  1. To explain how to Create a New Dispatch.

Directions

1. Navigate to Response module then select Dispatch Incident List.

2. Click on New Dispatch.

3. Department and Dispatch Type Code.
  1. Department is required.
  2. Dispatch Type Code can be selected by the dropdown and will auto populate the Dispatch Type.

4. Select what Unit or Units to be dispatched.
To select multiple units hold control and select all units being dispatched.

5. Add any pertinent information to Call Notes.

6. Using Place will auto-populate address.
  1. If address is not found manually enter all information.

7. Choose the status of the incident.

8. Select check box to Create NFIRS Notification.

9. Click Create.
