Deleting Roles

Purpose

  1. To explain how to delete roles.

Directions

1. Click on Admin> Roles.





2. Click the Pencil Icon on the role you want to delete.

3. Write down all users who are currently associated with the role.

4. Click on save when done.

5. You can then create a new role, or edit a existing role to place the users under.

6. Using the list of users, begin to type their name in the box and click Add User.

7. Once all users have been moved to the new or existing role, click save.

8. Click the Trash can Icon on the role you want to delete.

9. Click on Confirm.
