Customizing Dispatch Incident Types

Purpose

  1. To explain how to customize Dispatch Incident Types and demonstrate the Background Color.

Demonstration


The dispatch slider displays incidents for your agency across the top of the Responder View. Dispatch slider colors can be customized per incident type.

The dispatch slider displays incidents and can be customized by colors and change colors as you hover over the incident.

Directions


1. Navigate to Response module then select Dispatch Incident Types.

2. Using the advance search fields to find the incident type to edit.

3. Columns can be sorted in ascending/descending order by clicking on header.






4. From the Actions column select the pencil icon to edit the incident type or the trash can to delete.

5. To edit Background and Background Hover Colors click in the boxes.

NOTE: Any Dispatch Incident Type fields can be edited from this page.

6. Choose a Background color then with the slider you are able to adjust the color chosen.

8. Once colors are chosen click Save.
