Step 1: Navigate to Setup in the Assets Module
From the main navigation panel, click on Assets.
Scroll down and select Setup.
Step 2: Select “Fluid Types”
Under the Setup menu, click on Fluid Types.
Step 3: Click “Add Fluid Type”
In the Fluid Types list view, click the Add Fluid Type button.
Step 4: Enter the Fluid Type Name
In the Fluid Type (required) field, type the name of the fluid (e.g., Diesel, DEF, Transmission Fluid).
Step 5: Select the Volume Unit
Choose a unit from the Volume Unit (required) dropdown.
Options include: Gallon, Pint, Ounce, Liter, Milliliter, Quart, Bottle.
Step 6: Configure Required Fields
Under Required Fields, check the boxes for any fields that must be completed when logging a fluid entry.
