1. Navigate to the Training Module on the module stack and select Training Classes from the drop-down menu.
2. Select Add From Course Library to create a Class from a Course.
3. Use the filter options at the top to find the Course.
4. Check the box next to the Course you want to use.
5. Click on Use Course.
6. The information contained in the Course is now pre-populated into your Class. You can now choose when and where to hold the Class and add attendees.
Note: The fields are greyed out and cannot be changed because Limited Edits Allowed was selected when creating the Course. This is to maintain consistency in the Categories, Topics, and Objectives when using this Course.
7. Continue entering information to complete your Class. For more information on the Class fields see Training Module: Adding a Class.
