Conducting a 360° Degree Survey in First Due

While in the "Web Responder view", users can now obtain a virtual  360°  survey through the First Due platform, while en-route.  This article explains the two ways to use these great features.

Using EagleView

From the web responder view of First Due, when a user zooms into a particular structure, an icon will be available on the lower right side of the screen to launch Eagle View.
To use EagleView follow these steps:
  1. From the Responder View via the web, select the EagleView icon 
  2. The cursor will change to a reticle .  Place this over the location to view and select.
  3. A pop-up window will appear with the available imagery
  4. The controls for EagleView are:

Not all communities are available in the EagleView Pictometry.  If you do not see the icon for EagleView, your community does not yet have the needed imagery to use this feature.






Using Tilt Map

From the web view of First Due, when a user zooms into a particular structure, an icon will be available on the left side of the map to launch Tilt Map. To use Tilt Map follow these steps:
  1. From the Responder View via the web, select the Tilt Map icon 
  2. The map will now display imagery from an angle of the location in focus
