Directions

  1. To explain how to allow departments to view your First Due data. 
IMPORTANT: You are only able to share with departments located in the same county as you. To share data with departments outside of your county, please reach out to support.

Directions

1. Click on Admin>Client Data Sharing.





2. Here you will be able to share data to other departments in your County. 


Here you will be able to share data to other departments in your County.



3. For each area, you can select how you wish to share the data. 

Main Permission (Pre-Plans)
  • View only
  • Can Make Changes
    • Can change information in pre-plans. 
Community Connect
  • View Only
Hydrants
  • View Only
  • Can Make Changes
    • Can make changes to Hydrants. 
Address (Address points in your locality)
  • View Only
When done making changes, click Save. 


For each area, you can select how you wish to share the data.
