Purpose

  1. To give an overview of the Canned Reports available within First Due.

1. By opening the Reports Module, the user can see several sections with available canned reports.

The available sections include: Community Connect, Inspections, Incidents, Preplan, Scheduling, Assets, Hydrants, Activities, and Payroll/Points.

2. While each report will be discussed in other articles, certain aspects of canned reports are the same across the system.

3. For most sections, a report type can be selected. These report types vary by module.

4. Selected filters will be visible just below the report type.

5. Some reports will have an Advanced Search function.

6. Selecting Advanced Search will allow the user to filter the report results.

7. Filters can be applied by selecting the Search button or reset by selecting the Reset button.

8. For large data sets, visible rows can be adjusted at the bottom of the report.

9. If data is available to be downloaded, there will be a download button available to export data into a .CSV.
