Call Percentage Report

Purpose

  1. To demonstrate the features and navigation of the Call Percentage report.

Directions

1. Navigate to Reports -> Incidents -> Call Percentage.






2. View call percentage data for all users in this calendar year by default.

Columns Visible:
Info
  1. User name: last name, first name of department personnel
  2. Personnel ID: ID number assigned to the individual
  3. Personnel Total Number of Incidents: The total number of NFIRS reports in which the individual is documented as a responder on an apparatus.
  4. Total Dept. Incidents: The total number of incidents the department has responded to within the selected timeframe.
  5. Percent of Total Calls: Percentage of the individual's total incident responses against the department's total incident responses. 
  6. Count of incidents by primary station: The total number of incidents run by that individual's assigned fire station. 
  7. Records by Personnel Assigned Station: The number of incidents run by the individual's assigned station in which the individual is documented as a responder.
  8. Assigned Station percent: The percentage of calls assigned to the individual's home station that the individual responded to.
  9. Revised percent of total: The percentage of the individual's total responses across all stations against the total number of incidents involving the individuals home station.

View call percentage data for all users in this calendar year by default.



3. Click on Advanced Search to filter report data.

4. Filter by date range, days of the week, hours, incident type, and personnel name.

5. Click on the download icon to download report data into a .CSV file.
