Bulk Importing Pre-Plan Attachments

Purpose

  1. To explain the process for importing pre-plan attachments into First Due.

Video





Steps

  1. Ensure pre-plans are in PDF format and there is only one address or sub/secondary address per file.

  2. Ensure the file names follow this format:

    1. If your agency covers a single City or Town: 123 Main St.pdf

    2. If your agency covers multiple Cities or Towns: 123 Main St Springfield.pdf

    3. If the pre-plan is of a specific unit or sub/secondary address: 123 Main St - A.pdf or 123 Main St Springfield - A.pdf

      ALERT: Make sure the address format and spelling in the file name matches the address point in First Due.

  3. After your files are all titled correctly, contact your Client Success Manager to discuss how to transfer the files to First Due.
