Purpose

The purpose of this article is to demonstrate the general navigation and actions of the Global Restock page in Inventory Management.

1. Select Inventory Management from the Assets module.

Fulfilling Requests are described beginning with step 9 of this article.
The Global Restock List contains all restock requests from Apparatus, Stations, and Kits.

2. Selecting the dropdown next to the current list view will display alternate views.

3. Selecting the star next to a list view will mark that view as a favorite and selecting the pin will designate that view as the default view whenever opening up Inventory Management.

4. Selecting the ellipsis will allow users to add their own custom view or clone any existing views.

5. Selecting the magnifying glass in the search field will allow users to search for requests by Inventory Group, Inventory Name, or Asset Type.

6. The Filter will allow users to drill down searches even further with multi select lists and additional fields.

7. Individual requests may be deleted from the list by opening the additional actions with the ellipsis then, selecting the red trash can.

8. Multiple requests may be deleted from the list by selecting the box to the left of the requests and then the red trash can.

9. To fulfill a request from the list, select the pencil.

10. Open the dropdown in Restocked from (*) then, select the location the items are to be pulled from.






11. Enter the Quantity of items being pulled from this location.

12. Click on Save

If restocking items of the same type that have different expiration dates, enter the quantity of items desired from each expiration date.

13. After returning to the Global Restock List, select the play button to execute the restock.
