Adding Inventory, Equipment, and Kits to Apparatus Compartments

Purpose

The purpose of this article is to demonstrate how to add Inventory, Equipment and or Kits to Apparatus Compartments.

Instruction


1. Click on Assets


Click on Assets



2. Click on Apparatus Checks.


Click on Apparatus Checks.



3. Click on the desired apparatus.

4. Open the Apparatus Compartments.


Open the Apparatus Compartments.



5. Click on the pencil to edit the compartment you want to manage.

6. Select the appropriate tab to add Inventory, Equipment, or Kits

7. In the Inventory Tab, Click on Add Inventory

8. Begin typing the name of the inventory item and select it from the list.

9. Enter the Minimum*, Maximum*, Quantity and Expiration Date*
Only enter values for fields identified with (*), if applicable.



Alert
The quantity entered here does not take said quantity for these items from any other locations.  You are creating the quantity of this item, in this location, at this time.



10. Select the +Add button to enter items of the same type with different expiration dates.






11. Click on the check mark to save that inventory card.

12. To add Equipment, Enable the tab by Clicking on EQUIPMENT

13. Click on Add Equipment

14. Begin typing the name of the equipment you want to add and then select it from the list.

15. To add Kits, Click on KIT.

16. Click on Assign Kit

17. Begin typing the name of the kit you want to assign, then select it from the list.

18. Clicking on Create Kit will allow you to create a kit while inside the station storage location.

19. Click on Save
