Assets Dashboard: General Navigation

Purpose

  1. The purpose of this article is to inform users how to navigate the First Due Assets Dashboard.  The Dashboard allows users to manage asset checks, view current work orders, and view the asset module system log.

Directions


1.  Click on Assets.






2. Click on Dashboard.






- The Dashboard is divided into three sections; Checks Due Today, Assigned to You, and My Work Orders.







- Checks Due Today can be filtered by station.




 
   
- All Checks will be shown for the selected station(s) or, users can select by asset type (Station, Apparatus, Equipment, or Kit)




- Checklists may be conducted from the Dashboard by selecting Start Check.





- Assigned to You displays any Equipment and or Kits Assigned to you.  Select Equipment or Kits for whichever asset type you want to view.






  1. Selecting the Equipment or Kit listed will take you to the overview record for said item.
  2. Selecting Start Check will start the checklist due for that item.
  3. Users can navigate to the Equipment or Kit List by selecting the go-to link in the top right-hand corner.






- My Work Orders displays current work orders requested by or assigned to you.







-Selecting the view icon will display details for that work order.  Users can navigate to Work Order Boards by selecting the go-to link in the top right-hand corner.
