Apparatus List: General Navigation

Purpose

  1. The purpose of this article is to inform users how to navigate the Apparatus List in the First Due system.  The Apparatus List allows users to add, edit, delete, manage, and archive the department's apparatus.

1. Click on Assets.

2. Click on Apparatus List.


Click on Apparatus List.



- Add a new apparatus to the First Due system by clicking the New Apparatus button.

- The Expansion button displays all available filters for convenient searching.

Select the filters to apply to the list and click the blue Apply button.



- Filters can be saved for future use by clicking the Save icon.

- Saved filter views can be applied by clicking the Saved Views dropdown.

- The display can be edited by selecting the visible columns from the dropdown list.

- Columns can be sorted by clicking the bold text column header.

- The Actions column allows users to edit, archive, or delete an apparatus.

- Multiple apparatus can be either deleted or archived by selecting the apparatus and clicking either the delete or archive button.
