Apparatus List: Deleting an Apparatus

Purpose

  1. The purpose of this article is to inform users how to delete an existing apparatus in the First Due system.  Apparatus can be deleted individually or multiple apparatus can be deleted simultaneously using First Due's Bulk Delete feature. 
Note:  The archive function differs from the delete function in that historical information for archived apparatus is still visible in the First Due system.  When an apparatus is deleted using the delete function, all information pertaining to the apparatus is removed from the First Due system.

Directions


1. Click on Assets.

2. Click on Apparatus List.

To delete a single apparatus...


3. Locate the Apparatus that is to be deleted.

4. Click the Delete Icon in the Actions column next to the apparatus that is to be deleted.


Click the Edit icon in the Actions column next to the appropriate apparatus.


5. The system will ask users to confirm the deletion of the apparatus.

6. Click Confirm.

3. Select the apparatus that are to be deleted.
