  4. Select the Menu icon and choose User Settings

  5. As you scroll down,
    1. (A) ensure all your information is correct.
    2. (B) Once you are near the bottom, you'll notice the "All Dispatches" slider. If you do not wish to receive all dispatch notifications from your agency, simply move the slider to the "off" position.
    3. (C"Dispatch Units" is now visible. Select the apparatus(es) you wish to receive notifications whenever those apparatus(es) are dispatched on an incident. If you don't see a list of apparatus here, please contact your local First Due administrator or Client Success Manager.

  6. Next, select the "Dispatch Incident Types"
you wish to receive notifications whenever those incident type(s) are dispatched.

IMPORTANT - The "Dispatch Units" and "Dispatch Incident Types" pick-lists are mutually exclusive.
In other words, if you select "Engine 1" as a unit and also select "Structure Fires" for incident type, you will receive ALL calls for Engine 1 regardless of incident type and ALL structure fire calls regardless of apparatus dispatched.

  7. You may also choose to receive text messages (SMS) whenever a dispatch occurs. Note: In order to receive text messages, you must have your cell phone number entered in the system.

  8. Select Save.
