Adding Auto-Accept Periods to My Shifts

Purpose

  1. To explain how to add Auto-Accept periods to My Shifts. 
  2. Auto-Accept Periods will automatically accept or make you a candidate on any call shifts that are sent during that specific period of time. 
Alert
IMPORTANT: Auto Accept can be enabled or disabled by your Department. If you do not see this, talk to your Chain of Command.

Directions

1. Click on Scheduling > My Shifts.






2. Click on a date that you want to set for Auto-Acceptance of Call Shifts.

3. Here you can set the Start and End time, and when done click Add Auto-Accept.

4. You will see the date now has Auto-Accept within.

5. Click on Multiple Selection to set multiple days of Auto-Acception.

6. Click on the dates, and they will turn blue.

8. Set the Start and End time, then click Add Auto-Accept Period.
