Accessing Completed Checklist Results for a Specific Asset Check.

Purpose

  1. The purpose of this article is to inform users how to locate completed asset checklists in the Asset Module in the First Due system.             
Note: This process applies to apparatus, equipment, kit, and station checks.

Directions


1. Click on Assets.


Click on Assets.



2. Click on the appropriate Asset Checks view.


Click on Equipment Checks.



3. Locate and click on the specific asset.


Locate and click on the equipment item.



4. Click on the Expansion icon to expand the Checklist fields.


Click on the Expansion icon to expand the Checklist fields.



5. Click on Check List History.


Click on Check List History.



6. The completed checklists can be filtered by checklist name and date.

7. Locate the checklist.

8. For a printable view of the checklist, click the print icon.

9. To view the checklist, click the view icon.

10. While viewing the checklist, specific checklist items can be viewed in detail by clicking the Expand icon.
