Accessing Completed Checklist Results for a Specific Asset Check.
Purpose
This feature enables Fire/EMS personnel to locate, review, and analyze completed asset checklists within the First Due system. By providing comprehensive access to historical checklist data, departments can monitor asset condition trends, verify compliance with inspection protocols, support audit requirements, and identify patterns that inform maintenance scheduling and operational decisions.
Note: This process applies to Apparatus, Equipment, Kit, and Location checks.

Directions
1. Click on Assets.
2. Click on the appropriate Asset Overview.
3. Locate and click on the specific asset.
4. Click on the Expansion icon to expand the Checklist fields.
5. Click on Check List History.
6. The completed checklists can be filtered by checklist name and date.
7. Locate the checklist.
8. For a printable view of the checklist, click the print icon.
9. To view the checklist, click the view icon.
10. While viewing the checklist, specific checklist items can be viewed in detail by clicking the Expand icon.
12. When finished, click the Back button.
The actions above can also be performed by accessing the Asset Type from the Dashboard and selecting Start Check for the associated checklist.
