To download multiple CAD units into an ePCR, users must have the following permissions configured in First Due's ePCR roles and permissions:

Note: While other permissions in the General and Setup categories enhance overall ePCR functionality, the permissions listed above are the minimum requirements specifically for downloading multiple CAD units. Users without Create permissions for "My EMS Care Reports" will not be able to initiate new ePCRs where this feature is accessed.
